Aurigene Oncology is seeking a highly skilled Scientist – Process Research & Development to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process development, process safety, and technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
Desired Profile
Education & Experience:
- M.Sc. (General / Organic Chemistry): 8 – 13 years of relevant experience
- Ph.D. (Chemistry): 2 – 7 years of relevant experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute experiments to optimize processes for improved yields, isolation, and quality
- Ensure on-time project delivery from mg to kg scale
- Conduct technology transfer from lab scale to kilo/pilot plant scale
- Analyze intermediates/finished products using:
- IR, NMR, Mass, GC, and HPLC
- Prepare development reports and technology transfer documents
- Maintain a Lab Notebook as per industry standards
- Perform literature searches and troubleshoot chemistry-related challenges
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and process safety protocols
