Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute experiments to optimize process yields, isolation, and quality
- Ensure on-time project delivery (mg to kg scale)
- Perform technology transfer from lab to kilo/pilot plant scale
- Analyze intermediates/finished products using IR, NMR, Mass, GC, and HPLC
- Prepare development reports and technology transfer documents
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks
- Conduct literature searches and troubleshoot chemistry issues
