Job Details

  • Position: Scientist – Analytical R&D (CRO)
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (39-40 Hosur Road, KIADB Industrial Area, Phase 2, Electronic City, Bengaluru 560100)

Available Positions and Responsibilities

1. Scientist – RP Purification

  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with chromatographic techniques and data analysis tools

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Reverse Phase (RP) HPLC purification and method development
  • Hands-on experience with Preparative HPLC and mass-based Prep HPLC systems
  • Ability to interpret LCMS and HPLC reports accurately for compound characterization
  • Support purification of small organic molecules for drug discovery projects
  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols

2. Scientist – SFC Analytical/Purification

  • Experience: 5–8 years
  • Preferred Skills: Expertise in chiral separations and analytical method validation

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Substantial experience in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) method development and purification strategies
  • Deep understanding of refining SFC analytical procedures for chiral and achiral compounds
  • Exceptional skills in interpreting analytical data from LCMS, NMR, and HPLC reports
  • Optimize purification processes for high-throughput drug discovery
  • Collaborate with medicinal chemistry teams to support project deliverables

3. Scientist – LCMS/UPLCMS

  • Experience: 10+ years
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GLP, GMP, and regulatory submission requirements

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) and Ultra-Performance LCMS (UPLCMS) for mass characterization
  • Proficiency in method development, troubleshooting, and analytical procedure optimization for small organic compounds
  • Exceptional skills in interpreting data from HPLC, NMR, and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) reports
  • Lead analytical support for complex drug discovery and development projects
  • Mentor junior scientists and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
