Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliances, payroll management, grievance handling, and redressal procedures.
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
