1. Auro Royal Program (ARP)

• Eligibility: M.Sc. (Analytical, Organic, Inorganic) and B.Pharm
• Training Focus: QC, QA, ARD, FARD, and Stability
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
• Duration: 4 months

2. Auro Loyal Program (ALP)

• Eligibility: Diploma and ITI students
• Training Focus: Production and Packaging
• Stipend: ₹8,000 (Diploma) / ₹5,000 (ITI) per month
• Duration: 3 months
