We’re hiring Technical Assistants, Executives, and Senior Executives for Production (OSD), Packing, and Quality Control at our Naidupeta facility, a key site for generic drug manufacturing.
1. Production (OSD) – Technical Assistant/Executive
- Sections: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Liquid & Nasal
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology)
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in granulation, compression, coating, or capsule filling
- Operation of machines like Fette, GEA, Glatt, or Pam-Glatt
- Knowledge of liquid and nasal formulation processes
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor OSD production equipment (granulators, tablet presses, coaters)
- Execute batch manufacturing and ensure CGMP compliance
- Perform in-process checks and document per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Support cleaning and validation of equipment

2. Packing (OSD) – Technical Assistant/Executive
- Sections: Bottle, Blister, Sachet Filling, Change Parts
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc.

- Required Skills:
- Expertise in primary and secondary packing (bottle, blister, sachet)
- Familiarity with change parts for packing machines (e.g., CAM, IMA)
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packing machines for bottle, blister, and sachet filling
- Perform line clearance, setup, and changeover of packing equipment
- Ensure packing quality and compliance with SOPs
- Maintain accurate packing records and batch reconciliation

3. Quality Control – Executive/Sr. Executive
