Aurore Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., a leading pure-play Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturer established in 2017, is hosting a Walk-In Drive from June 23 to June 27, 2025, at its USFDA-approved facility in Hyderabad. With a mission to deliver superior products in a regulatory-compliant environment, we invite dynamic male candidates to join our team in API Manufacturing Production, Quality Control (Microbiology/HPLC), and Engineering (Fitters) roles.

Walk-In Drive Details

Open Positions and Requirements

We are seeking freshers and experienced professionals to join our innovative team. Below is a detailed overview of the open roles:

1. API Manufacturing Production / SRP

• Position: Operator / Chemist
• Experience: 0–5 years in API manufacturing
• Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Responsibilities:

• Handle API production processes, including reactor operations, centrifugation, and drying.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and batch production records (BPRs).
• Perform in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support scale-up and process optimization activities.

2. Quality Control (Microbiology / HPLC)

• Position: Officer / Analyst
• Experience: 0–3 years in microbiology or HPLC analysis
• Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry or Microbiology)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and water analysis.
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UV, and other instruments.
• Execute analytical method validation (AMV) and stability studies.
• Maintain GLP compliance and prepare data for regulatory audits.

3. Engineering (Fitters)

• Position: Fitter / Technician
• Experience: 0–6 years in API pharma engineering
• Qualification: ITI (Fitter), Diploma (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of production equipment (reactors, centrifuges, etc.).
• Execute preventive maintenance plans (PMP) and calibrate instruments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment uptime.
• Document maintenance activities per GMP standards.
