1. Engineering (Fitters)
- Position: Fitter
- Qualification: ITI Fitter, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 0-5 years in pharmaceutical or chemical plant maintenance
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on API manufacturing equipment (e.g., reactors, pumps, valves)
- Assemble, install, and repair mechanical systems per SOPs
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Document maintenance activities in compliance with cGMP
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Key Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and fitting techniques
