1. Engineering (Fitters)

• Position: Fitter
• Qualification: ITI Fitter, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 0-5 years in pharmaceutical or chemical plant maintenance
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on API manufacturing equipment (e.g., reactors, pumps, valves)
  • Assemble, install, and repair mechanical systems per SOPs
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
  • Document maintenance activities in compliance with cGMP
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
• Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and fitting techniques
