Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the HR function. The role will involve collaborating with multiple departments to provide a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS systems, and assist with HR-related paperwork.
- Training and Development: Support training initiatives and employee development programs.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes and provide support to managers.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in the Pharma industry is desirable.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze situations and make sound judgments.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to mediate disputes and find mutually agreeable solutions.
- Experience in employee engagement activities and initiatives, including the development and implementation of programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
