Job Description
Avantika Medex is conducting a Walk-In Interview on 09 December 2025 for its Production department at the Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. The company is urgently looking for skilled and dynamic professionals to operate high-speed granulation, compression, capsule filling, and coating lines in a regulated environment.
Officer / Senior Officer – Production
- Department: Production (Oral Solid Dosage – Tablets & Capsules)
- Role: Officer / Senior Officer
- Experience: 2–5 years in regulated pharma (USFDA/EU-GMP plant preferred)
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Granulation (RMG – Wet & Dry), Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating & Blending
- Sound knowledge of BMR/BPR documentation and online entries
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, or EU-approved plants highly preferred
- Good knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent observation and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and team coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Operate RMG, FBD, Compression, Capsule Filling & Coating machines
- Perform in-process checks and BMR/BPR documentation
- Handle granulation, blending, compression, and coating processes
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues on the shop floor
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and data integrity
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth production
