Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Clinical Research)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead clinical research projects at our Hyderabad facility. Candidates with a strong background in clinical research are encouraged to apply.
Project Manager (Clinical Research)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related health discipline
- Experience: 8+ years in clinical research, with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including communication, risk, and resource strategies
- Lead study start-up, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), providing performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, regulatory, and quality standards
- Collaborate with finance for budgeting, revenue recognition, and cost management
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
- Drive team meetings, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables
- Coordinate with functional leads for seamless project execution
- Lead project audits and ensure proper documentation and archiving
