Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
- Method Development and Validation: Conduct method development, validation, and study sample analysis in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), in-house SOPs, and working instructions.
- Laboratory Compliance: Adhere to GLP guidelines for laboratory management, including safety, security, and equipment maintenance.
- Laboratory Monitoring: Oversee laboratory work involving various processing techniques, analytical methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with GLP and approved protocols.
- Data Review: Review raw data and chromatographic data, and continuously update the status of ongoing studies to the investigator/manager.
- SOP Review: Review method SOPs and bio-analytical reports of method validation and studies.
- Task Execution: Perform specific tasks such as method development/validation (MD/MV) and study sample analysis according to SOPs and working instructions of various equipment, maintaining related records.
- Sample Processing: Retrieve plasma, perform bulk spiking, and process samples along with calibration curve (CC) and quality control (QC) samples according to method SOPs and written procedures.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the laboratory and proper disposal of non-bio-waste and bio-waste.
- Report Preparation: Prepare bio-analytical reports, SOPs, and method SOPs.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques and methods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data review and sample analysis.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of GLP guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for updating study statuses and collaborating with team members.
