Role Overview
We’re hiring for Production (Drug Substance and Drug Product) and Packing & Visual Inspection roles at our Hyderabad facility.
Production – Drug Substance
Upstream Process:
- Manage cell culture and fermentation.
- Operate autoclaves for sterilization.
- Ensure GMP compliance.
- Document process data accurately.
- Support bioreactor operations.
Downstream Process:
- Handle virus culture and centrifugation.
- Perform purification and TFF.
- Operate chromatography systems.
- Maintain SOPs and records.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
Production – Drug Product
Formulation & Filling:
- Formulate injectable vaccines (vials, BFS, PFS).
- Operate C-Rabs, O-Rabs, and isolators.
- Perform vial washing and autoclaving.
- Manage sealing and capping.
- Ensure USFDA standards.
Packing & Visual Inspection
Responsibilities:
- Handle primary/secondary packing processes.
- Operate labeling and cartonator machines.
- Perform track-and-trace documentation.
- Conduct visual inspection of vials/PFS.
- Manage SAP and compliance records.
