IT Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient system operations.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and establish ERP systems.
- Oversee software, hardware, and networking operations.
- Prepare and approve CSV qualification documents (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Manage AMCs, CMS, CCTV, and visitor management systems.
- Handle data backups, virtual server management, and replication.
- Configure LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
