Role Description
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring, maintaining communication with the team, and handling food & beverage services.

- Manage shift operations, ensuring QSC levels (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness)
- Oversee customer satisfaction and people management
- Handle daily inventory, product management, and cash management
- Assistant Unit Manager:
- Assist Unit Manager in ensuring outlet delivers excellent QSC and sales
- Responsible for hiring, training, and retention of staff
- Unit Manager:
- Ensure the outlet delivers excellent QSC and sales
- Develop staff through hiring, training, and retention
