Available Positions
We are looking for candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience in API production and engineering. Below are the details of the open positions:
1. API Production
- Experience: 2-7 Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Chemical Engineering) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) / B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Skill Set:
- Expertise in operating equipment such as GLR, SSR, Centrifuge, VTD, RVD, Isolators, RPHPLC, Synthesizer, Fermenter, and Master Cell Bank.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in API manufacturing.
- Documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. API Engineering & Maintenance
- Experience: 2-8 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Skill Set:
- Installation and troubleshooting of equipment like AHU, VTD, Centrifuge, Reactor, HPLC, LYO, and Clean Room Equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant utilities.
- Prepare qualification protocols and reports for equipment.
3. Automation (API Engineering)
- Experience: 5-7 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics)
- Skill Set:
- Expertise in ABB DCS, Rockwell PLC, HPLC, LYO handling, instrument calibration, and documentation.
- Troubleshooting automation systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation practices.
4. Equipment Qualification & QMS Documentation
- Experience: 5-7 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Skill Set:
- Perform equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and prepare related documentation.
- Manage QMS processes including CAPA, risk assessment, and deviation handling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
