Role Overview

We’re hiring for Quality Assurance, Quality Control (Analytical & Micro), Downstream/Upstream, and Engineering roles to support our biotech operations.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure GMP compliance in biotech processes.
  • Conduct IPQA and document reviews.
  • Manage QMS and audit readiness.
  • Handle deviations and CAPA processes.
  • Support regulatory inspections.

Quality Control – Analytical

• Responsibilities:
  • Analyze samples using HPLC and GC.
  • Perform stability and method validation.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP standards.
  • Calibrate analytical instruments.
  • Document test results accurately.

Quality Control – Microbiology

• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct microbial testing (MLT/BET).
  • Perform environmental monitoring.
  • Operate Vitek 2 for identification.
  • Ensure sterility and GLP compliance.
  • Review microbiology documentation.

Downstream/Upstream

• Responsibilities:
  • Operate bioreactors for upstream processes.
  • Perform purification and TFF (Downstream).
  • Ensure GMP and safety compliance.
  • Maintain process records and SOPs.
  • Support biosimilars production.

Engineering – Electrical (Process Support)

• Responsibilities:
  • Maintain electrical systems for biotech processes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Engineering – QMS (Electrical/Mechanical)

• Responsibilities:
