Biological E. Limited (BE) – Walk-In Interview for Quality Assurance (IPQA), Production and Manufacturing

Biological E. Limited (BE) is inviting experienced professionals, fresh diploma holders, and graduates to join its Specialty Injectables Business (SGI) at Shamirpet, Hyderabad. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and eager to contribute to our mission.

Available Positions:

1. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Position: Executive & Senior Executive
• Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc.
• Experience: 3 to 9 years

Required Skills:

• Providing clearances for lines during manufacturing tasks (dispensing, manufacturing, inspection, packing, dispatch)
• Collection and submission of in-process, finished product, stability, control, cleaning samples, and others as per batch manufacturing procedures
• Conducting AQL inspections and periodic control sample inspections
• Examining batch manufacturing records and protocols
• Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set and qualification of visual inspectors
• Exposure to QMS elements like CAPA, Change Control, and Deviations

2. Production Pharma

• Position: Officer & Senior Officer
• Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

Required Skills:

• Operation and cleaning of machines such as Vial Washing Machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Vial Filling and Sealing Machine, Lyophilizers, and Automatic PFS Filling Machine
• Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, and media filling activities
• Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding activities

3. Manufacturing (Aseptic Processes)

• Position: Executive & Senior Executive
• Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
• Experience: 2 to 7 years

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, aseptic media fill simulation, filter integrity, and intervention execution
• Monitoring NVPC and trending
• Documentation activities on the shop floor
