Job Description
Biological E. Limited is hiring for multiple roles in its Vaccine Business Unit to support bulk manufacturing, formulations, engineering, quality control, IPQA, and R&D. These positions focus on biologics and injectables, ensuring GMP compliance and innovation in vaccine production. Candidates with vaccine, biopharmaceuticals, or injectables experience are preferred.
PRODUCTION – BULK MANUFACTURING (DRUG SUBSTANCE/ANTIGENS)
- Department: Production
- Market: Biologics/Vaccines
- Role: Execute upstream and downstream activities for bacterial/viral antigens
- Experience: Vaccine, biopharmaceuticals, injectables manufacturing
- Education/Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B. Pharmacy, B.Sc.
PRODUCTION – FORMULATIONS (INJECTABLES)
- Department: Production
- Market: Injectables
- Role: Manage blending, filling, packing, and labeling operations
- Experience: Shift planning for formulation, autoclaves, filling machines
- Education/Qualification: B. Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc.
ENGINEERING (BIOLOGICS/INJECTABLES)

- Strong troubleshooting skills in PLC, SCADA, and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with ALCOA principles and OOS investigations
- Molecular biology skills including SDS-PAGE, Western Blot
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production batches per timelines and GMP standards
- Manage shift plans for formulation and filling activities
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Conduct biochemical assays and virology tests for quality release
- Review batch records, SOPs, and deviations for compliance
- Develop analytical methods and stability testing protocols
- Oversee IPQA activities including line clearance and batch reconciliation
