- Preparation of SOP/BPR/MFR/protocols and review, handling deviations, change controls, CAPA management
- Experience in 005/00T handling and analytical document review
- Familiarity with cell/viral bank system and maintenance
- Drug Product-IPQA (In Process):
- Media fill activities and process validation
- Reviewing log books and handling incidents in utility areas such as HVAC, water systems, and compressed air systems
- Experience in filling and packing areas with GMP practices
- QA-Validation & CSV:
- Validation, qualification, and requalification of equipment, utilities
- Experience with URS, DO, FAT, SAT & SOPs for computerized systems
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annexure 11, and System Level Impact Assessment
- QA-QMS:
- Internal audit, quality risk assessment, trend analysis of deviations
- Organizing and evaluating CAPAs to improve quality systems
- Evaluation of Change Controls across departments
Regulatory Affairs (Vaccine)

Required Skills:
HVAC & Utilities:
- Maintenance of cold rooms, incubators, freezers, and other specialized equipment
- Preventive maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and compressors
- GMP documentation and alarm handling, including breakdowns and corrective maintenance
Mechanical Maintenance:
- Experience in maintaining vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave, labeling machines, etc.
- Skilled in managing shift operations of process equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, autoclaves, deep freezers, and more
Instrumentation Maintenance:
- Experience in BMS operations, breakdown maintenance, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting PLC and SCADA systems
