We are hiring for the following roles in our Speciality Injectables Business:
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Position: Executive & Senior Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3-9 years
Required Skills:
- Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities (dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, dispatch)
- Collecting and submitting in-process, finished product, stability, control, and cleaning samples per procedures
- Conducting AQL and periodic inspections of control samples
- Reviewing executed batch manufacturing records, packing records, and protocols
- Preparing and evaluating visual inspection defect sets, test sets, and qualifying visual inspectors
- Exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change Control, Deviation)
Production Pharma
- Position: Officer & Senior Officer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc
- Experience: 2-6 years
Required Skills:
- Operating and cleaning Vial Washing Machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Terminal Sterilization, Vial Filling, Vial Sealing, and Automatic PFS Filling Machines
- Operating and cleaning Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
- Exposure to aseptic process activities, techniques, filling, sealing, and media filling
- Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding execution
- Position: Executive & Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-7 years
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre/post-manufacturing activities
- Planning and executing batch manufacturing, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and filter integrity
- Monitoring NVPC and trending
- Documenting shop floor activities
- Executing aseptic media fill simulations and interventions
Quality Control
- Position: Executive (Injectables)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3-5 years
Required Skills:
- Creating Caliber LIMS masters
- Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa)
- Assaying Heparin Sodium and Enoxaparin Sodium (preferred)
- Analyzing in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material samples
- Handling HPLC/GC with Empower software, UV Visible Instruments, KF, Potentiometers with Tiamo software, IR, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography, AAS, ICP-MS, and NMR
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance for lab instruments
Microbiology
