Open Positions

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Designations: Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
• Qualifications: M.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Tech, M.Tech (Biotechnology)
• Job Roles:
  • QA-In Process Drug Substance: Oversee GMP compliance for Bulk Viral Antigen production, including line clearance, dispensing, and batch record approval. Manage QMS trends, batch releases, and cell bank reconciliation.
  • Drug Product: Conduct IPQA for Fill-Finish, review SOPs, batch records, validations, and media fills. Manage change controls, deviations, OOS, and trend analysis.
  • QMS: Supervise change controls, deviations, CAPA, self-inspections, compliance walkthroughs, and regulatory inspections. Maintain Site Master File and quality risk assessments.
  • Training: Develop and revise training processes, conduct GMP training in Telugu and English for new hires, including casual staff.
• Skills: Strong GMP knowledge, fluency in Telugu and English, regulatory compliance expertise.

2. Quality Control (QC) – Biologics/Vaccines

• Designations: Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
• Qualifications: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Tech, M.Tech (Biotechnology)
• Job Roles:
  • Biochemical Assays: Estimate polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acids, and aluminum content. Validate analytical methods per ALCOA principles, manage OOS/OOT investigations.
  • Instrumentation Testing: Operate HPLC, IC, and other instruments for molecular size, purity, and composition analysis. Ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, perform audit trail reviews, and troubleshoot.
  • Virology: Conduct in-vitro viral testing for raw materials, in-process, and final samples. Support QC release, stability studies, and new vaccine projects.
• Skills: Analytical method validation, instrument handling, virology expertise, regulatory compliance.

3. Engineering (Biologics/Injectables)

• Designations: Senior Executive, Executive, Senior Officer, Officer
• Qualifications: B.Tech, Diploma, ITI (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Fitter)
• Job Roles:
  • Instrumentation Maintenance: Perform BMS, breakdown/preventive maintenance, calibration, and manage SCADA/PLC systems.
  • Process Equipment: Handle maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave, labeling machines, jacketed vessels, and lyophilizers. Support shift operations.
• Skills: Equipment troubleshooting, maintenance planning, cGMP compliance.

4. Production (Viral Antigen Manufacturing)

• Designations: Senior Executive, Executive, Senior Officer, Officer
• Qualifications: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Tech, M.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Sc
• Job Roles:
  • Execute cell culture and virus culture tasks, including cell passaging, infection, harvesting, purification, inactivation, and sterile filtration of viral antigens.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP standards during production.
• Skills: Cell culture expertise, aseptic techniques, viral antigen production.
