- Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
- Operation and cleaning of Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling, and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines
- Operation and cleaning of Lyophilizers with Auto Loading and Unloading Systems (ALUS)
- Experience in aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling, sealing, and media filling activities
- Operation of autoclaves and terminal sterilizers, preparation of autoclave loads, and cleaning of clean room area and machines
2. Executive/Senior Executive
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
- Manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, component preparation, pre- and post-manufacturing activities, and aseptic operations
- Planning and execution of automatic PFS filling machines and batch manufacturing activities
- Monitoring of aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, and aseptic filling and sealing activities
- Experience in Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities
Quality Control
1. Executive
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Sc.
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
- Handling of biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIA)
- Analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw materials
- Experience with HPLC/GC with Empower Software, UV visible instruments, KF, potentiometer with Tiamo software, IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography, AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
Microbiology
1. Junior Executive
- Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
- Experience: Freshers
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with basic microbiology techniques
- Graduates of 2023 and 2024 with at least 60% marks
- Good communication skills
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
1. Executive
- Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M. Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
- Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities
- Collection and submission of various samples
- Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
- Reviewing batch manufacturing records and preparation of visual inspection defect set
