Job Details
- Department: Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–4 years in analytical development with mandatory Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) exposure
- Vacancies: Multiple (exact number to be confirmed during interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical method development, validation, and transfer for OSD formulations (e.g., assay, dissolution, related substances).
- Perform testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, and AAS.
- Prepare and maintain volumetric solutions, test solutions, and limit test solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU-GMP, UK-MHRA, ANVISA).
- Maintain accurate documentation, including laboratory notebooks, Batch Production Records (BPR), and calibration records.
- Support stability studies and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to meet project timelines and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in analytical development for OSD formulations.
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus).
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and experience in regulatory-approved environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, export-oriented environment supporting EU, LATAM, GCC, and SEA markets.
