Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS.
• Process samples according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document data accurately.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with GLP/GXP standards for all processes.
• Train staff and update SOPs to maintain high operational standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and assist in report preparation.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head of Bioanalysis.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent).
• Experience: 3–4 years in bioanalytical method development and LC-MS/MS operations, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
• Skills: Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and familiarity with GLP/GXP standards.
