Open Position: Research Associate – Bioanalytical Department
Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in the Bioanalytical Department, you will:
- Conduct bioanalytical studies including method development, validation, and method transfer
- Perform ADA (Anti-Drug Antibody) screening and titer assays using ELISA and other platforms
- Execute Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assays, both cell-based and non-cell-based
- Support sample analysis for immunogenicity studies in compliance with GxP and regulatory guidelines
- Troubleshoot assay performance and contribute to continuous method optimization
- Manage instrument calibration and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in quality audits and ensure lab readiness for compliance checks
- Track and manage critical reagent inventory and documentation
Candidate Profile
Qualification | Experience Required |
---|---|
M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Immunology, Biochemistry, or equivalent | 2–3 years in Bioanalytical Research |
Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in ELISA, ADA, and NAb assay execution
- Understanding of bioanalytical method validation and transfer
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment
