Job Overview: CRA & Physician
We seek dedicated male candidates with BAMS/BHMS qualifications and 1-3 years of experience. Immediate joiners are preferred, with salaries aligned to industry standards. This role is pivotal in advancing clinical trials and ensuring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a CRA or Physician, you’ll play a vital role in clinical trial execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Informed Consent & Screening: Obtain informed consent and screen volunteers through vitals, ECGs, and physical exams during registration, dosing, and ambulatory visits.
- Protocol Support: Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in protocol meetings, group consent sessions, and explain consent forms to participants.
- Clinical Procedures: Manage dosing, dispensing, blood collection, sample labeling, processing, and storage with precision.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Perform pre- and post-dose checks, record environmental logs, and maintain study documentation like CRFs, ICFs, and TMFs.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with labs, pharmacies, ambulances, and insurance providers for seamless operations.
- Quality Assurance: Address QA and regulatory feedback with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and perform tasks assigned by the PI or HOD.
