Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations and Maintenance: Oversee daily operations of the OSD formulation unit, ensuring cGMP compliance and equipment uptime.
- Warehouse and Inventory Management: Manage raw material, finished goods, and packaging inventory, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of 200+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing Operations Management: Drive production efficiency for tablets and capsules, meeting USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and Health Canada standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure readiness for regulatory audits, maintaining a track record of 25+ successful inspections.
- Strategic Planning: Align plant operations with corporate goals, focusing on cost optimization and quality enhancement.
