Job Responsibilities
- Handle upstream processing operations during Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing
- Prepare and maintain virus stocks
- Ensure compliance with GMP documentation for DS manufacturing
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Master Documents (MMDs)
- Work on Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including:
- Change Control
- Deviation Management
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Risk Assessment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow
- Participate in regulatory audit preparations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field
- Experience: Relevant experience in biotechnology, upstream processing, and GMP documentation
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience in virus stock preparation
- Expertise in regulatory documentation
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
