Job Details
- Role: Field Officer
- Segment: Neuro (Central Nervous System)
- Location: PAN India (Headquarters: Sion, Vashi, Andheri, South Delhi, Ahmedabad, PCMC, Kolhapur, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Warangal, Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Kottayam, Ernakulam)
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in pharmaceutical sales (Neuro/CNS segment preferred)
- Age: Up to 30 years
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Cadila’s Neuro (CNS) product portfolio to healthcare professionals, including neurologists, psychiatrists, and general practitioners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
- Conduct daily visits to chemists and physicians for product promotion and geo-tagging.
- Execute retail visibility campaigns, trade activations, and OPD camps to enhance brand presence.
- Achieve sales targets and expand product reach within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor coverage, distributor interactions, and sales activities.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to plan and manage territory coverage independently.
- Knowledge of the Neuro/CNS therapeutic segment is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally or outstation for relationship management and sales activities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical promotion practices.
