Job Description
Retail Field Officers will focus on promoting over-the-counter (OTC) products, engaging with chemists and general practitioners, and driving visibility and sales in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily calls to chemists and GP doctors.
- Perform route-wise work with chemists, including geo-tagging.
- Enhance visibility through chemist-focused initiatives.
- Organize trade activations, retail meets, and relationship-building activities.
- Support doctor OPD camps and product promotion.
Qualifications
- Education: Open to freshers and undergraduates.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months with an OTC company preferred (0–3 years in sales management).
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building with local/outstation markets and distributors.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Eligibility: Open to both male and female candidates.
Medical Representative – Field Officer
Job Description
Medical Representatives will promote Cadila’s pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets in their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
- Achieve sales targets and drive market growth.
- Provide product information and educational materials to healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. (Biology) or B.Pharm (freshers welcome).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in pharmaceutical sales preferred (0–3 years in sales management).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
