Job Opportunities
We are hiring for the following positions across Aurangabad, Bilaspur, Raigarh, Raipur, Yavatmal, and Nagpur:
Retail Field Officer
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales management (specific to the mentioned field); freshers and undergraduates with minimum 6 months of OTC company experience are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily calls to chemists and general practitioners (GP doctors).
- Perform route-wise work with chemists, including geo-tagging.
- Enhance visibility at chemist outlets.
- Organize trade activations, retail meets, and build relationships.
- Arrange doctor OPD camps and promote products.
Requirements:
- Freshers and undergraduates preferred; minimum 6 months of OTC company experience for experienced candidates.
- Ability to maintain local and outstation market relationships and handle distributors.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Medical Representative – Field Officer
- Experience: 1-3 years in pharma sales; freshers with a science background and minimum 6 months of pharma sales experience are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Cadila’s pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
- Achieve sales targets and drive market growth in the assigned territory.
- Provide product information and educational materials to healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Freshers: Science graduates (B.Sc. Biology or B.Pharm only).
- Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of pharma sales background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
