We’re hiring for multiple roles to strengthen our Ankleshwar operations. Whether you’re a fresher or an experienced professional, there’s a place for you at Cadila.
1. Production
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma / B.E.
- Experience: 0-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing processes for tablets, capsules, or APIs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support process optimization and equipment maintenance.
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 0-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, or UV spectroscopy.
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), including deviations and CAPA.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee in-process quality checks and documentation review.
4. Apprentice (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Qualification: Minimum 5th Pass
- Experience: Fresher Only
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various departments (production, QC, admin, etc.) under guidance.
- Learn industry-standard processes and gain hands-on experience.
- Support operational tasks while building foundational skills.
