We are hiring for the role of Trainee Product Manager in our Injectable Division at our Karnal Head Office.
Trainee Product Manager – Injectable Division
- Location: Head Office, Karnal, Haryana
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 0-2 Years (Experience in animal health preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Salary: Negotiable as per experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior Product Managers to align product vision with business goals.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with design, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the product journey from development to market launch.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Support: Support the execution of product launches and marketing strategies.
- Learning & Development: Participate in structured training programs to enhance product management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
