- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 14–18 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production to meet manufacturing targets
- Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring cGMP compliance
- Coordinate with supporting departments for smooth operations
- Review and approve BMR, BPR, URS, and qualification protocols
- Handle QMS documents (Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA, QRM)
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Train subordinates on production activities
- Monitor work discipline, safety, and hygiene
- Ensure regulatory compliance (USFDA/MHRA exposure mandatory)
