This hiring drive seeks candidates with 1-2 years of experience or freshers for the Warehouse Officer role at our Dahej facility, focusing on raw material and packing material management in the API/Bulk Drug industry.

Experience

• 1-2 years in pharmaceutical warehouse operations (API/Bulk Drug preferred)
• Freshers (2023/2024 pass-outs) are welcome to apply

Number of Openings

• Multiple (likely 2-4 based on typical warehouse staffing in API plants)

Job Responsibilities

• Material Receipt and Dispensing:
  • Receive and verify raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM) as per cGMP procedures
  • Dispense materials to production with accurate documentation
  • Ensure materials are from approved vendors and accompanied by Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
• Stock Management:
  • Update daily stock registers and bin cards for RM/PM
  • Prepare accurate stock statements for inventory tracking
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and status labeling in packing material stores
  • Maintain humidity and temperature controls as per GMP requirements
  • Support calibration of warehouse equipment (e.g., weighing scales)
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Follow GMP procedures for material handling and storage
  • Implement process safety measures and comply with company policies
  • Conduct regular cleaning and agreement checks for storage areas
• Documentation:
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and submit materials for QC analysis
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance

Key Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations in API/Bulk Drug/Pharma industry
• Familiarity with cGMP and inventory management
• Proficiency in stock register and bin card maintenance
• Attention to detail for documentation and labeling
• Awareness of process safety and material handling

Salary

• Experienced: ₹2.0–3.5 Lakhs/year
• Freshers: ₹1.5–2.0 Lakhs/year
