Job Details: Apprentice – R&D and Quality Control

We’re offering apprenticeship positions for freshers passionate about API manufacturing and quality assurance. These roles provide hands-on experience in a WHO-GMP compliant environment, ideal for building a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• R&D Apprentice:
  • Assist in organic synthesis and scale-up of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs)
  • Support route scouting, literature reviews using SciFinder, and reaction monitoring
  • Document experiments in lab notebooks and prepare development reports
  • Collaborate with senior chemists on process optimization and analytical method development
• QC Apprentice:
  • Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished APIs using techniques like HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis
  • Assist in method validation, stability studies, and calibration of instruments (e.g., FTIR, Dissolution apparatus)
  • Maintain accurate documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Support CGMP compliance and lab housekeeping
