Who Should Attend?
Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates with up to 6 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates hold degrees in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields and have hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical sterile operations.
Qualification Requirements
- M.Sc or B.Sc in Life Sciences
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degrees
- Diploma or ITI with practical experience in aseptic operations
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in critical manufacturing activities, including but not limited to:
- Formulation of sterile drug products and vaccines ensuring strict compliance with quality standards
- Filling processes including handling of vials, Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS), and Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS)
- Vial washing, depyrogenation, sealing, and capping operations, crucial for maintaining product sterility
- Operating advanced equipment such as C-RABS, O-RABS, isolators, and autoclaves for aseptic manufacturing
- Adherence to detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), QMS (Quality Management Systems) to maintain regulatory compliance
