We are hiring for roles in Engineering & Maintenance and Production with 0–4 years of experience in vaccines and sterile injectables.
Engineering & Maintenance (0–4 Years Experience)
- Roles: Technician, Operator, Junior Engineer
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Areas of Expertise:
- Process Maintenance: Maintain equipment for sterile injectable production.
- Instrumentation and Calibration: Calibrate instruments to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- HVAC: Manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for cleanroom environments.
- Water Systems: Operate and maintain purified water and water-for-injection systems.
- Automation: Support automation systems for manufacturing processes.
Production (0–4 Years Experience)
- Roles: Operator, Junior Officer
- Qualifications: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology, Immunology, Virology, or Biochemistry
Areas of Expertise:
- Drug Product: Handle sterile injectable production processes.
- Autoclave: Operate autoclaves for sterilization.
- Formulation: Prepare formulations for vaccines and injectables.
- Filling: Manage vial, Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS), and Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) filling operations.
- Vial Washing & Depyrogenation: Ensure vials meet sterility standards.
- C-RABS, O-RABS, Isolator: Operate restricted access barrier systems and isolators.
- Sealing & Capping: Perform sealing and capping for final product packaging.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–4 years in vaccines, sterile injectables, or related pharmaceutical manufacturing. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
- Qualifications:
- Engineering & Maintenance: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EEE).
- Production: B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Microbiology, Immunology, Virology, Biochemistry).
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
- Ability to work in shifts as per operational needs.
