Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol Department

- Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Senior Executive, Executive)
- B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Pharmacy (Officer, Operator)
- Experience: 2-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior Executive: Expertise in BFS machine operation, aseptic areas, media fill, batch manufacturing, CIP, SIP, and autoclave.
- Executive: Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling/sealing machines, vial washing, FFS, and aseptic practices.
- Officer/Operator: Support manufacturing and equipment maintenance in aseptic environments.
OSD/Tablet/Capsule Department
- Designations: Senior Executive, Executive/Senior Executive, Officer, Operator
- Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Senior Executive, Executive)
- B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Pharmacy (Officer, Operator)
- Experience: 2-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in hard/soft gelatin capsules, tablets, and OSD manufacturing processes.
- Oversee production and ensure quality standards in tablet and capsule production.
OSD & Sterile Packing Department
- Designations: Senior Executive, Executive/Senior Executive, Officer, Operator
- Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Senior Executive, Executive)
- B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Pharmacy (Officer, Operator)
- Experience: 2-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EP12500, and F8300 machine operations in packing lines.
- Manage packing processes for OSD and sterile manufacturing.
Engineering Roles
