Qualifications

• Engineering: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Fitter, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or any Engineering Degree/Diploma.
• Quality Control: M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Pharm.
• Quality Assurance: M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBA with relevant focus.
• Microbiology: M.Sc/B.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
• Production: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc with a pharmaceutical sciences background.
• Strong academic records and experience in pharmaceutical formulation are required.

Experience

• Engineering: 1–7 years in electrical maintenance, plant maintenance, HVAC, or Autocad/QMS in a pharmaceutical plant.
• Quality Control: 1–5 years in HPLC and stability studies for pharmaceutical formulations.
• Quality Assurance: 2–5 years in QMS, qualification, and validation activities.
• Microbiology: 4–7 years in environmental monitoring (EM), Media GPT, or Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET).
• Production: 1–7 years in tablet/capsule manufacturing, packing, or QMS in a formulation plant.

Skills

• Engineering:
  • Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, or plant equipment.
  • Proficiency in Autocad and QMS documentation for engineering processes.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Quality Control:
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC, stability testing, and analytical method validation.

  • Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, maintenance schedules, and Autocad drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct HPLC analysis and stability studies for raw materials and finished products.
  • Document test results and ensure adherence to GLP and GMP guidelines.
  • Support analytical method validation and quality investigations.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Manage QMS activities like deviation, CAPA, and change control.
