Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete study workflow events in the system
• Perform source document redaction, QC checks, and quality reviews of images, videos, and documents
• Facilitate translations and create DICOM image links as required
• Issue queries and follow-up with study sites to resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing study closeout deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Adhere to Good Documentation Practices and company SOPs

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers encouraged to apply; prior experience in clinical trials or healthcare is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote)
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English (written & verbal)
