Key Responsibilities
- Assist in clinical trial site setup, regulatory submissions, and ethics committee approvals.
- Coordinate with investigators, hospital staff, and sponsors for smooth trial execution.
- Support patient recruitment, retention, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate trial documentation and assist in data management.
- Conduct training sessions for site staff as needed.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in clinical research/SMO/CRO is preferred (freshers with internships may apply).
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hospitals, investigators, and research teams.
