Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate content and maintain required accuracy.
- Complete assignments within defined SLA/TAT.
- Understand metrics to manage performance independently.
- Ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
- Achieve 100% user satisfaction and avoid client escalations.
Job Expectations:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (writing, reading, speaking).
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office.
- Able to type 30 words per minute.
- Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography.
- Willing to work in different shifts based on business requirements.
- Adhere to compliance and security measures related to client data.
- Follow process guidelines and meet client metrics with high quality.
Skills Required
- Strong command of English and local language (written and spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule.
- Sound judgment while moderating content.
- Effective communication in a well-organized manner.
- CEFR C1 quality in English or fluency in conversant + written English/Arabic.
