- Experience: 1 to 4 years in BPO (Finance & Accounting domain).
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance-related fields.
Skills Required
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and journal entries.
- Additional skills in Visual Basic or Macro development are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and able to multitask effectively.
Work Environment
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (UK timings).
- Ability to join within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions related to AR, OTC, and RTR.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, cash applications, and journal entries.
- Provide exceptional customer and client service with timely problem resolution.
