Job Opportunity: Process Specialist – CDM/PV
We are seeking Process Specialists with 3.5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management, with exposure to at least two phases (Start-up, Conduct, Close-out). This role involves managing clinical data processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Process Specialist – Clinical Data Management/Pharmacovigilance
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Sciences), Pharm.D, or related field
- Experience: 3.5+ years in CDM with exposure to Start-up, Conduct, or Close-out phases
- Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata (Hybrid work model, 10-hour day shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute data management activities: data cleaning, manual/system checks, discrepancy/query management, and database lock
- Participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives
- Develop action plans with Team Lead to meet client SLAs
- Archive documentation for audits, ensuring compliance and reliable retrieval
- Support multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas
- Provide technical oversight and client communication
- Handle third-party data (Lab, PK, Imaging) and perform SAE reconciliation
- Contribute to study setup (DMP creation, edit checks, data transfer specs) and study lock activities
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in RAVE/VEEVA EDC and Spotfire reporting
- Knowledge of DMP creation, edit checks, and data transfer specifications
- Expertise in data cleaning, query handling, SAE/Lab/eCOA/ePRO/PK/PD reconciliation
- Familiarity with UAT, database lock, and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
- Client-facing experience and mentoring skills are a plus
- Preferred Certifications: Generative AI or CDM/PV certifications
