Job Opportunities at Unit II (OSD Facility)
We are hiring for roles in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, IT, and Production at our Valthera OSD facility. Candidates with relevant experience in oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing are preferred.
QC Reviewer – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Responsibilities:
- Review analytical documents, raw data, protocols, and reports
- Oversee testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
- Required Skills: Knowledge of PIC/S, US, and WHO guidelines; expertise in analytical document review
QC HPLC Analyst – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC analysis for raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples
- Record analytical activities in laboratory records
- Required Skills: Hands-on experience with HPLC; familiarity with GMP documentation
QA Qualification – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct area, equipment, and utility qualification for OSD facility
- Ensure compliance with PIC/S, US, and WHO guidelines
- Required Skills: Expertise in qualification processes and regulatory standards
Officer IT
- Qualification: BCA / MCA or relevant certification
- Experience: 3-5 years in a pharma company
- Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware, networks, and IT systems
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
- Required Skills: Knowledge of pharma IT systems and CSV; network administration
Production Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Responsibilities:
- Handle granulation, compression, capsule filling, and coating processes
- Ensure production compliance with GMP standards
- Required Skills: Hands-on experience in OSD production processes
Production Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment for granulation, compression, capsule filling, and coating
- Support production activities in the OSD facility
- Required Skills: Technical expertise in OSD manufacturing equipment
