Key Responsibilities: Your Role in Upholding Quality
As a member of our QA team, you will be integral to maintaining our high standards. Your key responsibilities will be tailored to your specific department and will include:
- QMS:Â Implementing and meticulously monitoring Quality Management System activities. This includes handling Deviations, CAPA, Change Control procedures, and conducting Risk Assessments.
- Validation:Â Executing and thoroughly reviewing Qualification and Validation protocols for all equipment, utilities, processes, and cleaning procedures.
- IPQA:Â Conducting critical in-process quality checks on the shop floor during both manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure real-time compliance.
- Compliance:Â Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring our facility is always prepared for audits and regulatory inspections.
Who We Are Looking For: The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking professionals with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical QA and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

| Education | B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Chemistry. |
| Experience | 1 to 5 years of relevant QA experience in QMS, Validation, or IPQA roles. |
| Skills & Knowledge | A strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and international regulatory guidelines (USFDA / EU / WHO). |
| Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. |
