Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Positions: Research Associate (RA), Senior Research Associate (SRA), Research Scientist (RS), Senior Research Scientist (SRS)
- Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for tests like Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution, and Residual Solvent.
- Calibrate analytical instruments (HPLC, GCHS, IR, UV, Dissolution) per master calibration schedule.
- Conduct routine analysis and maintain accurate documentation for day-to-day activities.
- Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing in USFDA/EDQM-regulated environments.
- Familiarity with method transfer protocols and GMP-compliant documentation.
- Exposure to Europe and Rest of World (ROW) markets is a plus.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Positions: Senior Officer, Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities, including line clearance and batch monitoring.
- Oversee Lab QA activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
- Manage QMS processes such as change control, deviations, CAPA, and SOP preparation.
- Preferences:
- Experience in IPQA and Lab QA in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Europe and ROW markets.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with audit readiness.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: B.Pharm., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields).
- Experience: 2-8 years (ADL), 3-6 years (QA).
- Skills:
- ADL: Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, and instrument calibration (HPLC, GC, UV, IR).
- QA: Expertise in IPQA, Lab QA, QMS, and GMP documentation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferences: Experience in USFDA/EDQM-regulated plants, exposure to Europe/ROW markets, and proficiency in QMS tools.
- Work Location: Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
