Available Positions

We are recruiting for multiple roles in our ADL, QA, and QC departments at our Bhayla facility. Below are the details:

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Research Associate / Senior Research Associate / Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analytical method development, validation, and transfer for tests like Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution, and Residual Solvent.
  • Calibrate analytical instruments (HPLC, GCHS, IR, UV, Dissolution) as per the master calibration schedule.
  • Perform routine analysis and ensure accurate documentation for day-to-day activities.
• Skills: Expertise in HPLC, GCHS, method validation, and GMP compliance.

Quality Assurance (QA) – Senior Officer / Executive

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Sc.
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and Lab QA activities.
  • Manage QMS processes, including deviation, CAPA, and change control.
  • Review batch production records (BPR) and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Skills: Knowledge of IPQA, Lab QA, QMS, and regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO-GMP).

Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Senior Officer

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology)
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate lab instruments like HPLC, Dissolution, D.T. Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability, Hardness Tester, FTIR, and UV-Spectrophotometer.
  • Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
  • Investigate lab incidents, OOS, OOT, and analytical deviations.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, GLP, and GMP compliance.

Candidate Preferences

We prioritize candidates with experience in GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environments, preferably with exposure to USFDA or WHO-GMP audits. Expertise in analytical method development, HPLC, GCHS, IPQA, or QMS processes is highly valued. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of regulatory standards will give applicants an edge.
